The learned counsel for the third respondent made a submission that the third respondent died during the pendency of the writ petition and thus, the cause became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

2.In view of the submission and considering the fact that the third respondent died, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
