ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation-cum-mercy petition dated 09.05.2023 regarding his punishment of postponement of next increment for two years by the third respondent vide PR-13/F1/2022 dated 21.09.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representationcum-mercy petition dated 09.05.2023 submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
