ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the 1st respondent to dispose petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026 and consequently settle the entire subscription amount in the 2nd respondent
society.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was employed in the 1st respondent Corporation, from whose salary, amounts were regularly deducted towards the 2nd respondent Society. However, the said deducted amounts were not remitted to the 2nd respondent Society by the 1st respondent, causing prejudice to the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to deposit the amounts so deducted, along with all consequential benefits, to the credit of the 2nd respondent Society. Therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 09.01.2026 to the respondents, which has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered by the 1st respondent in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2026 with regard to settlement of entire subscription amount in the 2nd respondent Society, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
