ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name to the second respondent for selection to the post of Helper in Electricity Board.

2. It is seen that the petitioner is aged about 44 years and he is now barred by age for any employment. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
