Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.En:2030-A1-2010-1, dated 26.02.2011 on the file of 2nd respondent in appointing the 4th respondent as Noon Meal organiser for Korakkavadi-3 village, Mangalur Block and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, perverse, against the guidelines issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu and violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner to the said post.

ORDER

The petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition seeking to quash the proceedings passed by the 2nd respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.En:2030-A1-2010-1 dated 26.02.2011, appointing the 4th respondent as Noon Meal organiser for Korakkavadi-3 village, Mangalur Block.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, placed before this Court, the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Proceedings Na.Ka. No.

662/A1/2012 dated 27.12.2013 appointing the petitioner as a Noon Meal Organiser. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid proceedings passed by the 2nd respondent, placed before this Court. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate and the aforesaid proceedings of the 2nd respondent/ the District Collector, Cuddalore, dated 27.12.2013, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
