Vs G.BALAKRISHNAN, [ RESPONDENT/PETITIONER ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a further period of 6 months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per directions given by this Hon`ble High Court by its order dated 26.04.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.5159/2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 21320/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Additional Public Prosecutor for the petitioner and of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTTI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend time for a further period of six months to complete the investigation and to file final report as per the direction issued by this Court by its order dated 26.04.2021 made in Crl.M.PNo.5159 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.21320 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in this case is over and sanction is awaited and therefore, prays for three months' time for getting sanction and to file final report.

3. Considering the fact that investigation is completed and waiting for sanction, time is extended till 21.06.2022 for completing the investigation and for filing final report.

4. The petition is ordered accordingly.
