2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioner along with her children were thrown out from the house by her husband and the petitioner's husband is residing in the house with another lady. The petitioner lodged the complaint dated 21.11.2013, but the respondent police has not taken any action. Therefore, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the complaint dated 21.11.2013 was treated as petition and after due enquiry, the same was closed, as one of the petitioner's son by name Raghu is in occupation of the house property.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this criminal original petition is closed.
