Chinnamunusamy in S.No.9/9, 10/12, 10/14, 11/3, 16/9, 16/16, 18/2, 18/4, 19/2, 19/3, 19/6, 19/8, 30/2, 38/8, 41/4, 41/5 at Nalingabetta Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2017. ORDER
Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the representation made by the petitioners has already been considered and order has been passed on 26.09.2019 itself. The learned counsel has also brought to the notice of this Court paragraphs 6 and 8 of the counter affidavit filed by the fourth respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 5 to 7 submitted that nothing survives in the present writ petition because orders have already been passed by the fourth respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will work out their remedy against the orders passed by the fourth respondent. It was further submitted that the order has not been served either on the petitioners or on the private respondents.
4. In view of the above development, nothing survives in the present writ petition. The fourth respondent is directed to serve the copy of the proceedings dated 26.07.2019 mentioned in paragraph 6 and 8 of the counter affidavit to the petitioners and to respondents 5 to 7. It shall be served within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any of the parties are aggrieved, they can always work out their remedy in accordance with law.
