2. The learned counsel for the respondent handed over a cheque for Rs.44,553/- to the learned counsel for the petitioner, towards interest. The cheque is received by the learned counsel for the petitioner without prejudice.
3. The question with regard to the payment of interest is an issue to be decided in WP.No.194 of 2015, which is now pending. It is open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions in the pending writ petition. The Contempt Petition is closed with the above observation.
