These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Section 25(1) of Tamil Nadu Buildings (L & C) Act 1960 (as amended), praying to set aside the common judgement and decree passed in R.C.A.Nos.438 & 439 of 2005 respectively dated 11.03.2015 by the learned VII Judge, Small Causes Court at Chennai, confirming the final orders passed in R.C.O.P.Nos.2018 of 2009 & 2019 of 2003 respectively dated 27.01.2005. It is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the cases. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss these Civil Revision Petitions for non-prosecution.
