Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records, relating to Demand Notice Na.Ka.No.108/2011/Aa1 dated 04.02.2011, quash the same and direct the first and second respondents herein namely, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District and the Tahsildar, Ponneri to release the petitioner's vehicle (Water Tanker) bearing Registration No.T.N.L.8082 in compliance with the order of this Court in W.P.No.529 of 2011 and further M.P.No.1 of 2011 dated 19.01.2011.
