This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.4 of 2018 dated 08.04.2021 and to restore the same.

I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit for nonappearance of the parties on the date of hearing date i.e., on 08.04.2021.

During the relevant time, the entire Country was leading under Covid-19 pandemic. The Courts were conducted only through Video Conferencing. The reasons given in the affidavit, but they were unable to login, seems satisfactory. Therefore, C.M.P.No.

21550 of 2023 stands allowed and the order dated 08.04.2021 is set aside.
