Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorari, calling for the entire records of the respondent in connection with the minutes of the meeting held on 21.08.2012 by the first respondent in proceedings No.MCI-211(2)/2012 Ethics, which was confirmed on 22.09.2012 and the consequential order of approval by the second respondent in respect of point No.10 of the minutes of the meeting dated 27.09.2012 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
