C.M.P.No.4338 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 2579 days due to the death of 11th respondent in the above Civil Revision, namely N.Meena.

2. C.M.P.No.4339 of 2023 has been filed to set aside abatement due to the death of 11th respondent in the above Civil Revision, namely N.Meena.

3. C.M.P.No.4341 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 21 to 23 herein as Legal representatives of the deceased 11th respondent and as proposed respondents 25 to 27 in the above Civil Revision.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

6. The petitioner shall take notice in the CRP on the newly impleaded respondents.

7. Mr.K.A.Vimal Kumar, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the newly impleaded parties.

8. Post the CRP.No.1444 of 2004 on 02.08.2023.
