2. The Writ Petition was filed in the year 2015 and 5 1⁄2 years lapsed. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is no more. Under these circumstances, the relief as sought for in this Writ Petition deserves no further adjudication and if the legal heirs of the writ petitioner is aggrieved or having any grievances, they are at liberty to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.
