ORDER

The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Lalitha Raman, who died intestate on 12.10.2015. The 1st petitioner is the son and the respondents 2 and 3 are the daughters of late Lalitha Raman.

2. The 3rd petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased Lalitha Raman, as Ex.P3, and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased Lalitha Raman, as Ex.P4. A perusal of 1/4

Ex.P4 shows that the petitioners are the only Class-I legal heirs of the deceased Lalitha Raman, as the husband and parents of late Lalitha Raman had pre deceased her. The petitioners 1 and 2 have filed their consent affidavits expressing their no objectoin for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the 3rd petitioner. The said consent affidavits have been marked as Exs.P8 and P9. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3.In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the 3rd petitioner since the petitioners 1 and 2 have signified their consent for the grant, in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
