This Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 and 3 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 and 3 in the above Second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.
