The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the the 1st and 2nd respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 27.08.2012 of the petitioners seeking appointment of Special Officer under Section 34(a) of the Tamil Nadu Registrar's Societies Act, 1975 and on the basis of the 1st respondent's proceedings made in Na.No.43015/I1/2012 dated 04.09.2012.

2. On account of efflux of time, the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition cannot be granted.

3. The learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that based on the representation submitted by the writ petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the authorities found that there was no irregularity. However, if at all any grievance exists, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the authorities
