CRIME NO.1275/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in above Crl.M.P.No. 1319/2022 dated 10.02.2022 in Cr.O.P.no.22543 of 2021 to the petitioners vide order dated 26.11.2021 to surrender before the 5th Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.PRASANNA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22543 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the partial compliance of the condition imposed by this Court and further Demand Draft for Rs.1 lakh was already drawn and he may be permitted to furnish the sureties and seeks extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 01.04.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
