(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking to issue a writ of certiorari and to call for the record of the second respondent vide Ref No.PNBHFL /PSN /Chennai /February /FY,2020 dated 05.02.2020 and to quash the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition in view of the subsequent developments made. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.6908 and 6909 of 2020 are closed.
