The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the O.P.No.245 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, 1/4

Alandur and transfer the same to the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai for having joint trial along with O.P.No.5394 of 2022 and M.C.No.626 of 2022, both pending on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Mr.M.Samuel Raja, learned counsel on record for the respondent is present before this Court through Video conference and reported that he had no objection for transferring the case.

3. Considering the same and to avoid multiplicity of proceedings O.P.No.245/2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur and transferred to the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai for disposal as per law. The learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur is directed to transmit the papers to the Family Court, Chennai forthwith. The learned Family Judge, Chennai is directed to dispose O.P.No.245 of 2022 along with O.P.No.5394 of 2022 and M.C.No.626 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. Accordingly this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.04.2023 ssi Index:Yes/No Speaking Order:Yes/no To
