This petition is filed to relax the condition on the petitioner/1st accused to appear before the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate at Dharmapuri on the first Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and now the petitioner is suffering from urinary infection and is not able to comply with the condition and therefore, has filed this petition, seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and he also submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 61 years and he is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate at Dharmapuri at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of once in three months of English Calendar month, commencing from 01.04.2022 until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
