This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail by this Court in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 24.06.2022 made in Crl.O.P.NO.14533 of 2022 filed in Crime No.98 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, this Court while granting anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Needamangalam. He would further submit that none of the relatives are ready to stand as blood sureties, despite the order being granted on 24.06.2022, the second petitioner is unable to come out on jail and hence, seeks for modification of the condition.

Taking into consideration the antecedents of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court is modified as follows: "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Needamangalam". However, time is extended by a further period of two weeks to execute the sureties. The other conditions imposed shall remain intact.
