This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to release the sale deed bearing Doc.No.7371/2013 dated 10.06.2013 on the file of the second respondent on payment of 2/3rd of difference stamp duty as per the G.O.Ms.No.189, Commercial Taxes and Registration (J1) dated 29.12.2017 published in Gazette dated 03.01.2018. 2.When this matter was taken up for admission on 21.02.2018, the learned Additional Government Pleader took notice for the respondents and sought time to get instructions. Learned Additional Government Pleader based on instructions, submitted that the request of the petitioner will be considered and orders will be passed by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
