(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. Learned Government Pleader states that the order has been complied with. The said statement is taken on record.

and the petitioner has not received the proceedings of the respondent. A copy of the proceedings be communicated to the petitioner. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the said proceedings, it is open for him to challenge the same in separate proceedings.
4. In view of the aforesaid, we close the contempt proceedings.
