ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent police to alter the FIR in Crime No.265 of 2015 and include the Section 307 IPC as one of the offences. Unlike under the code of civil procedure, FIR cannot be amended under Cr.P.C. During the course of enquiry, if the respondent police are able to gather materials to show an offence under Section 307 IPC, they may file an alteration report.
