The petitioner has come forward with the present Contempt Petition for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 18.08.2014 made in W.P. No. 14163 of 2008, by the respondents.

and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. However, it is open to the petitioner to agitate for the relief, in accordance with law, after the disposal of the Writ Appeal.
