Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for entire records in respect of the order passed by the first respondent in ref.No.EL-PRIN-MORT-BRE/8559010/AMBATTUR ASC/18-19, dated 26.07.2018 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to sanction educational loan to the petitioner to study B-Tech Course in Dr.M.G.R.Educational and Research Institution, Madhuravoyal, Chennai, from the academic year 2017-2018.

ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition challenging the impugned proceedings dated 26.07.2018 issued by the first respondent and seeking a direction to the respondents to sanction educational loan to the petitioner to study B-Tech Course.
2.According to the petitioner, he has approached the Manager, Axis Bank, Thirupathur, for educational loan during August 2017 and during October 2017, he was informed that they await approval from the Higher Authority. In this regard, the petitioner again submitted his representation on 17.03.2018. Since the respondents have not taken any steps, the petitioner approached this Court by way of writ petition and this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation. When the petitioner gave fresh application to the respondents Bank along with the Court's order, the first respondent passed the impugned proceedings dated 26.07.2018 rejecting the petitioner's application for loan. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the above prayer. 3.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the Bank on instructions, submitted that after due deliberations, the Bank has now agreed for sanctioning the loan for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- and the petitioner has also consented for the same.
4.In view of the same, by recording the submissions made by both sides, the respondents are directed to disburse the educational loan to the tune of Rs.4,00,000/- to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
