This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukoilur, to dispose of the pending C.M.P.No.695 of 2018 in M.C.No.14 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2.It is seen that there is a matrimonial dispute and a case in C.M.P.No.695 of 2018 in M.C.No.14 of 2015 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukoilur.
