O R D E R

It is manifest from the Order Sheet that on 11.12.2015, this Court while ordering notice of motion, granted Interim Stay. Thereafter, the matter was listed for two occasions, i.e. 04.08.2021 and 11.08.2021 and during those two occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Service is also not completed due to furnishing of improper address.

2. Today (02.09.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. Both the Revision Petitions were filed in the year 2015. Thus, for the past six years, the 2/4

revision petitioner has not taken any steps to prosecute the case, which per se shows that he is not interested in pursuing the matter any further.

3. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, Civil Miscellaneous Petition for stay is also dismissed.
