When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.168 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and to investigate the same and file a final report, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, by way of e-filing.
