O R D E R

The learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, has granted bail to the petitioner by an order dated 10.02.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.582 of 2014. While granting bail, the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate has imposed a condition directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned police station and sign daily at 10.00 a.m. Now the present petition is to relax the said condition.

2. The the petitioner submitted that he has been complying with the condition from 14.02.2015.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) also confirms that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Recording the said submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.582 of 2014, dated 10.02.2015, is totally relaxed.
