ORDER

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 730 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.687 of 2023.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a period of one week from today."
