Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.R.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the first of every month, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8587 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15022 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8587 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15022 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020. is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
