Respondents Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith settle DCRG, GPF, Annual increments fall on 01.07.2012 & 01.07.2013 @ 3% provisional pension every month in time and revised provisional pension as per 7th Pay Commission report with effect from 01.10.2017 with all arrears as the petitioner was permitted to retire from service without prejudice to criminal case on 31.05.2014.

This Writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle the DCRG, GPF and other benefits claimed by the petitioner while considering his representation dated 03.09.2018.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was working as a Village Administrative Officer. A criminal case came to be registered against the petitioner and the petitioner was allowed to retire without prejudice to the Departmental proceedings. The petitioner was also sanctioned with a provisional pension. The grievance of the petitioner is that the terminal benefits such as DCRG, GPF etc. was not settled https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and therefore, he made a representation to the respondents on 03.09.2018 in this regard. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.
3. Heard Mr. K.Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.09.2018 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondents along with a copy of the representation dated 03.09.2018 and a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
