2. C.M.P.No.5463 of 2021 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant G.Kannaiyiram in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.5464 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 as the appellants 2 to 6 in the above Second Appeal as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant G.Kannaiyiram. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
