2.The petitioners filed these writ petitions, challenging the impugned order of the 6th respondent dated 28.03.2013 and 30.03.2013 respectively, and consequently to direct the respondents to continue the Selection Grade Scale of Pay of the petitioner in the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100+Grade Pay 5400 with notional effect from 1.1.2006 and monetary benefits. 3.During the pendency of the writ petitions, the Government has passed G.O.Ms.No.306, dated 12.09.2008 granting the said benefit. In such circumstances, the relief sought for in all these writ petitions having already been granted, which has fairly conceded by either side, nothing survives for further adjudication in these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However there shall be no order as to costs.
