C.M.P.No.1323 of 2016 in W.A.No.228 of 2021 M.M.SUNDRESH, J., and R.N.MANJULA, J, [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Learned Government Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the learned Single Judge has exceeded his jurisdiction while exercising the power of review. The writ petition has been filed after the passing of the award which is barred under law as held by the Apex Court in Aflatoon and others v Lt.Governer of Delhi and others reported in 1974 AIR SC followed by subsequent decisions. The award was passed as early as 29.11.1995.

Considering the same, there shall be an order of interim stay.
