This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.2268 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 8 days and hence objected to modify the condition.

Considering the said submission that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 8 days, and since this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
