ORDER
This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.22558 of 2017, dated 11.09.2017
2. M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order dated 11.09.2017 passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.22558 of 2017, today.
3. Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court.
4. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
