All these applications have been filed seeking restoration of M.P.No.1, 1 and 1 of 2012 in A.S.Sr.Nos.110224, 110226 and 126869 of 2003. These Miscellaneous Petitions were filed seeking leave to file the appeal as indigent person. These applications came to be dismissed for nonprosecution on 03.04.2013.

2. Applications were filed seeking to condone the delay in filing applications seeking restoration. Those applications came to be allowed by an order of a Division Bench on 15.11.2017. Thus the delay has been condoned. Thereafter, these applications are numbered and listed before us.

3. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and taking note of the fact that the delay has already been condoned, these applications are allowed. M.P.Nos.1, 1 and 1 of 2012 in A.S.Sr.Nos.110224, 110226 and 126869 of 2003 will stand

restored.

4. Registry is directed to list the applications next week along with the report of any Court fee paid thereafter.
