Respondent(s) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st 2nd 3rd and the 4th Respondents herein to consider the petitioner Representation dated 03.01.2018, and consequently conduct enquiry against the Fraudulent Registration of Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed by impersonation and false representation, Dated 29.08.2017, and registered as Document No.8863/2017 befoire the SRO, Guduvancheri and cancel the fraudulent Registration of document in Document No.8863/2017 on the file of the SRO Guduvancherry, and annul the fake entry made in the registry in favour of the petitioner with in a period fixed by this Honble court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner Representation dated 03.01.2018, and consequently conduct enquiry against the Fraudulent Registration of Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed by impersonation and false representation, Dated 29.08.2017, and registered as Document No.8863/2017 befoire the SRO, Guduvancheri and cancel the fraudulent Registration of document in Document No.8863/2017 on the file of the SRO Guduvancherry, and annul the fake entry made in the registry in favour of the petitioner with in a period fixed by this Honble court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 03.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. On perusal of the affidavit, it is made clear that the claim made by the petitioner is disputed question of facts, which cannot be decided by this Court as well as the registration officials and the same has to be decided only by the
competent civil forum. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel has also seeks liberty to approach the competent civil Court in respect of the subject matter.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, this Court, without rendering any opinion on the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court with regard to the fraudulent registration.
