2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Petition is ordered and delay of 505 days in representing the above appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authourity, Chennai, is to be paid by the petitioners, within a week.

4. Registry is directed to number the above second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the second appeal on 18.11.2024.
