The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the injunction petition as well as the suit, filed in the year 2012, were disposed of. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
