The factum of the death of the sole appellant and the petitioners are the legal representatives of the deceased are not in dispute. 4.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. 23.11.2021 AT Note: Office is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 08.12.2021.
