Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.VENKADESH KUMAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNAN KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) Though twelve weeks time has been sought to comply with the order dated 24.04.2018 passed by this Court in C.M.P. No. 3333 of 2018 in the above second appeal, time is granted till 16th July, 2018, to comply with the said order.
