This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal, against the order passed in CA.No.512 of 2018 dated 20.09.2022 by the learned III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
