PRAYER The Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the Respondents for committing Contempt of Court by their wilful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 07.12.2023 in W.M.P.No.32844 of 2023 in W.P.No.33154 of 2023. ORDER

As against the interim order passed in W.M.P.No.32844 of 2023 in W.P.No.33154 of 2023 dated 07.12.2023, the contemnors have preferred an appeal in W.A.No.2765 of 2025 and an order of interim stay has been granted by the Division Bench of this Court on 10.09.2025.

2. When the Division Bench has taken cognizance of the matter and has also granted the interim stay, it would not be appropriate to adjudicate this Contempt Petition in parallel.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy, subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeal.
