ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioner/Plaintiff against the dismissal of his Application in I.A.No.798 of 2015 in O.S.No.561 of 2012 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Erode dated 03.09.2015.

2. When the matter is came up for hearing on 09.10.2020, the learned counsel for the Respondents 3 and 4 has submitted that the Trial Court has disposed of the suit itself and hence nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a request to grant some more time for getting instructions to verify the said fact.

3.Hence, this Court has directed the Registry to call for a report with regard to the status of the said suit. Accordingly, the Registry has called for a report. In pursuance of the same the learned 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Erode has sent a letter dated 14.10.2020 stating that the suit in O.S.No.561 of 2012 was disposed of on 29.11.2019 itself. 2/4

4.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
