Cont.P.No.1342 of 2018 respondents have paid the retiral benefits to the petitioner and accordingly, complied with the order of this Court dated 21.06.2016 passed in W.P.No.20915 of 2016.

2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
